Historically the area at the top of a property, sometimes referred to as the “roofline” was the hardest to maintain as asbestos soffits and wooden fascia boards required considerable maintenance. In addition guttering and down-pipes, either cast iron or again asbestos, were easily broken or cracked.

Nowadays the trend, certainly on new builds, is to use uPVC for these areas of the roofline which negates ongoing maintenance. In addition to new builds, owners of established properties are frequently replacing the old materials with uPVC which, aesthetically, is pleasing to the eye whilst proving to be durable and have extremely low maintenance.

Of course we are able to replace any timber fascias and soffits you have if you prefer to retain this style.
